With our CAD-CAM router, we can V-carve letters and can rout shapes into or out of solid wood (here, cedar blanks, or redwood, etc.) and solid PVC sheets that can be painted your color.

At this local church, we carved two beautiful 1 3/4" thick cedar sign faces and applied genuine goldleaf to the lettering. We also installed them into this covered rock structure built by a local contractor. And, please don't ask about Paula's bloody lip....!
